TURNAROUND TIME is 6-7 business days to complete items in house, then we ship through UPS which may take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 
We request at least 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT to ensure everything gets to you on time. If you are on the East Coast, or in neighboring states we suggest THREE WEEKS to account for shipment time which is usually 5 business days. We can complete rush orders when requested and if our work load allows it. Send us an email or call our customer service phone number to request a rush.

Packages that have to be sent on rush due to client event dates on orders placed BEFORE the two week mark will require clients to pay rush ship fee if needed. 

Selecting "no/as is" is the option for uploading a READY TO PRINT FILE. 
So if you require design, edits, or better files please select a design option such as "basic design" so we are able to work on your items. Items ordered as "no/as is"
WILL NOT be available for editing or design services without paying for design services first. 

*IF THE PHOTO YOU ARE UPLOADING HAS A BACKGROUND, PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE SPECIFYING WHETHER YOU'D LIKE THE BACKGROUND INCLUDED OR REMOVED AS A CUT OUT. 

NOTE: Sizing will vary depending on Design/Artwork (Example: if the design is horizontal; the size you select will pertain to the WIDTH. So if you order a 3 ft cut out on a horizontal design, it will come 3 ft WIDE, so please select accordingly). Also note that large cut outs will need to be folded in order to be shipped. 

Our panels have a MAX WIDTH OF 4 FT WIDE, some images uploaded will not work proportionally on one panel, so the purchase of a second panel will be required for some designs. 

If the image you want printed is not in good print quality, we will try to fix the resolution for free, or send you other options to choose from our previous printings.

We DO NOT cover shipping costs if a return or replacement is needed due to shipping company's bad handling! We are always happy to replace items even though it is not our responsibility once the package has left our property, but please know that we cannot cover the shipping cost twice.

In case of re-print: We do not cover shipping/freight cost. 

Refunds cannot be processed once an order has been printed. 

WE DO NOT SUPPLY STANDS FOR OUR PRODUCTS, CLIENTS WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN.
