Please note that we are not able to replicate designs exactly when screenshots or photos of previous props are provided. While we always do our best to create something as similar as possible, we do not copy other artist's work or guarantee exact matches.

*This is the page for ordering coroplast cut outs, if you prefer vinyl, please order through the vinyl ordering page or leave a note that you'd prefer vinyl. Items without note specifications will be printed as coroplast cut outs.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround is 8–12 business days to complete your order in-house, plus an additional 2–5 business days for UPS shipping.

We highly recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure on-time delivery.
If you're located on the East Coast or neighboring states, we suggest ordering 3 weeks in advance, as shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on our current workload. Please email us or call our customer service line to check availability.

Orders placed within two weeks of the event may require rush shipping, which will be the client’s responsibility.

FILE UPLOAD & DESIGN OPTIONS

• Selecting “No” means you are uploading a READY-TO-PRINT file.

  If you need design assistance, edits, resizing, or improved image quality, please select a design option (such as “Basic Design”).

  Orders that select “No” as the custom option are not eligible for design, editing, resizing, or quality improvementsunless a design service is purchased separately.

  IMPORTANT:
  Please make sure your file is uploaded in high resolution and appropriate quality for the size selected.
  If a file is submitted blurry, pixelated, or low quality, the final printed product will reflect that quality, and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Reprints due to low-resolution files are not eligible for refunds.

  If your photo includes a background, please include a note specifying whether you want the background removed (cutout) or printed as a full photo.

SIZING & SHIPPING DETAILS

• Sizing is based on the width for horizontal designs and the height for tall vertical designs (e.g. A "3 ft" car cutout will be 3 ft wide, a 3 ft standing character will be 3 ft tall.)

• Larger cutouts will be folded for shipping.

• Our coroplast panels have a maximum width of 4 ft. If your design requires a wider format, an additional panel purchase will be necessary.

• If your image is not high-quality, we’ll attempt to enhance it or provide alternative options from our past designs at no additional cost.

RETURNS, REPRINTS & DISCLAIMERS

• We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. While we are happy to replace items when possible, we cannot cover shipping costs for replacements.

• In the event of a reprint, freight/shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

• Refunds are not available once an order has been printed!

• Stands are not included; clients must supply their own.
