All the items in this package come cut, clients will need to provide their own stands. Feel free to reach out to us for suggestions! If you need any modifications to the design, simply leave a  note or send us an email.

TURNAROUND TIME is 4-6 business days to complete items in house, then we ship through UPS which may take an additional 2-4 business days to arrive. 
We request at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure everything gets to you on time. We can complete rush orders when requested and if our work load allows it. Send us an email or call our customer service phone number to request a rush. 

We DO NOT cover shipping costs if a return or replacement is needed due to shipping company's bad handling! We are always happy to replace items even though it is not our responsibility once the package has left our property, but please know that we cannot cover the shipping cost twice.

In case of re-print: We do not cover shipping/freight cost. 

Refunds cannot be processed once an order has been printed.
