CUSTOM 149 PACKAGE

All the items in this package are cut and ready for use! This package is $149 if you upload your own ready to print files, $165 if you need us to do the designing for you! There will be an added turn around time for ALL custom orders. Please either upload a sample image for us to base your design off of, or simply leave a note as to what theme or characters you are wanting! Photo samples of designs speed up the process. Our designer will be in contact with you with samples of your items for your approval BEFORE we send items to print, so make sure you leave a good phone number or check your email for samples! 

Also, if you are needing us to add a name or personal message on the backdrop, leave that in your notes, as well as any preferred colors and fonts. Please keep in mind that we will mimic design as close to the sample image as possible, an exact replica is NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best!

TURNAROUND TIME is 6-7 business days to complete items in house, then we ship through UPS which may take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 
We request at least 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT to ensure everything gets to you on time. If you are on the East Coast, or in neighboring states we suggest THREE WEEKS to account for shipment time which is usually 5 business days. We can complete rush orders when requested and if our work load allows it. Send us an email or call our customer service phone number to request a rush.

Packages that have to be sent on rush shipment due to client event dates placed BEFORE the two week mark will require clients to pay rush shipment fee if needed.  

We DO NOT cover shipping costs if a return or replacement is needed due to shipping company's bad handling! We are always happy to replace items even though it is not our responsibility once the package has left our property, but please know that we cannot cover the shipping cost twice.

In case of re-print: We do not cover shipping/freight cost. 

Refunds cannot be processed once an order has been printed.
