TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround is 6–7 business days to complete your order in-house, plus an additional 2–5 business days for UPS shipping.

We highly recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure on-time delivery.
If you're located on the East Coast or neighboring states, we suggest ordering 3 weeks in advance, as shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on our current workload. Please email us or call our customer service line to check availability.

Orders placed within two weeks of the event may require rush shipping, which will be the client’s responsibility.

FILE UPLOAD & DESIGN OPTIONS

• Selecting "No/As Is" means you are uploading a READY-TO-PRINT file.

• If you need design assistance, edits, or better-quality files, please select a design option (e.g. "Basic Design").

• Orders placed as "No/As Is" will not be eligible for design/editing services unless a design service is purchased separately.

SIZING & SHIPPING DETAILS

• Sizing is based on the width for horizontal designs (e.g., a "3 ft" cutout will be 3 ft wide).

• Larger cutouts may be folded for shipping.

• Our coroplast panels have a maximum width of 4 ft. If your design requires a wider format, an additional panel purchase will be necessary.

• If your image is not high-quality, we’ll attempt to enhance it or provide alternative options from our past designs—at no additional cost.
  
  

  RETURNS, REPRINTS & DISCLAIMERS

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. While we are happy to replace items when possible, we cannot cover shipping costs for replacements.

  • In the event of a reprint, freight/shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are not available once an order has been printed.

  • Stands are not included; clients must supply their own.
