Box was falling apart, but arrive on time
Warning – Poor Quality & Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with this company and want to share a warning for others.
They do not create original images—they simply enlarge the images you provide. Because of this, the final products come out blurry and low quality. The cutouts I received looked pixelated and unprofessional.
Additionally, the cutouts do not include any type of support or stands, so you will need to purchase those separately.
Customer service was also extremely poor. I reached out multiple times regarding the quality issues, but emails were not answered in a timely manner, and when I did get a response, it was not helpful. The owner, Estefania Valdez, did not take responsibility for the issue and refused to offer a proper resolution or reprint, citing their policy.
Because of this, I had to order new cutouts from another company, which cost me an additional $500 out of pocket.
Overall, I would not recommend this company based on:
• Poor image quality (blurry enlargements)
• Lack of product support (no stands included)
• Unresponsive and unhelpful customer service
• No accountability when issues arise

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading.
At Trazos, all custom cutouts are printed exactly as the image uploaded by the client at checkout unless a design service is selected. In this case, the order was produced correctly based on the file that was submitted. There was no production or quality error on our end.
Large format printing depends entirely on the resolution of the image provided. If a low resolution file or screenshot is uploaded, it will appear pixelated when enlarged. This is clearly outlined on our website prior to purchase.
Regarding sizing, all dimensions are selected by the customer at checkout, and the order is produced accordingly. In this case, the items were printed at the exact size chosen.
While we do sometimes take the time to enhance files when possible, any edits, adjustments, or improvements fall under our Basic Design option, which is recommended when changes to the file are needed.
We also dedicated significant time reviewing this case, explaining the process in detail, and offered a reprint at cost as a courtesy. While we always aim to assist, we cannot take responsibility for issues that originate from the file or selections provided at the time of purchase.
