Terrible customer service and followup

Did not show me a sample as promised, which led to an error in the customization. They then continuously gave delayed responses and then began to ignore my messages requesting to resolve the issue. Our backdrop ended up not going as planned because of this. A great initial interaction, very disappointing product and customer service.
